Shea Monroe: OC Oxford HS, AL

 Shea Monroe just finished year 2 as the Offensive Coordinator at Oxford High School (AL) 2025 saw the Yellow Jackets make the 1st round of the AHSAA 6A State Playoffs while averaging 29 points per game. WR Jay’lin Taylor led all of 6A in receiving yards during the regular season with 1,142 and 12 TDs. In 2024 the Yellow Jacket Offense Amassed over 5,000 yards of total offense while finishing the season 13-1 and a trip to the AHSAA 6A State Semi-Finals. Prior to his time at Oxford, Coach Monroe served in various capacities at Boaz High School (DB’s/Strength & Conditioning), Ashville High School (Head Football Coach/AD), Lincoln High School (Offensive Coordinator), & Dublin High School (Tackles/Tight Ends). Coach Monroe is a graduate of Jacksonville State University where served as an undergraduate student assistant working with Tight Ends, & Operations from 2007-2012. He is married to the former Alison Wright of Wellington, AL & they have two children: Addilyn (11) & Briggs (8)
