 Trent francis is a native of Atlanta Georgia . Where he graduated from Frederick Douglass high school in 2013 . Played college football at Clark Atlanta University before getting into coaching . He has been coaching since 2015 .

With over a decade of experience transforming football programs, Trent Francis , is a dynamic and results-driven coach specializing in offense coordination, quarterback development, and team leadership. From middle school championships to record-breaking high school performances, Trent Francis has a proven track record of success at every level.

Career Highlights:

• Harper Archer Middle School  (2015-2016 )

• Guided football and baseball teams, winning two middle school football championships as Offensive Coordinator and earning a runner-up title in baseball as Head Coach.

• KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (KAC): 2016-2017

• Spearheaded the program’s first winning season and playoff appearance in school history.

• Led KAC to its first athletics trophy at the DTLR 7-on-7 tournament.

• Coached KAC’s first All-Region QB and facilitated a school-record number of athletic scholarships, including the first-ever FBS signee.

• Achieved JV APS Co-Championships with the best JV record in school history.

• Our Lady of Mercy High School: 2017-2018

• Transformed the offense, achieving the school’s first 1,000-yard rusher and 2,500-yard passer while averaging 38.3 points per game.

• Delivered the program’s first playoff win in five years and mentored the first QB to make 2nd Team All-State.

• Creekside High School (2019–Present):

• Engineered a historic turnaround, guiding the team from 0-10 to region champions while averaging 41.3 points per game.

• Developed multiple All-Region and All-State players, including several Qbs being named Offensive Player of the Year.

• Delivered five region championships in seven years, with four consecutive quarterfinal appearances and three semifinal runs and state runner 

• Produced 4 Division I quarterbacks, six straight 1,000-yard rushers, and back-to-back 1,000-yard receivers.

• Consistently ranked in the state’s Top 10 in scoring, with offenses averaging over 40 points per game.
